How is it different from the PO Print Pro Tool?
PO Print Pro covers PO creation, revision control and professional printing. PO Management Pro adds the downstream side: purchase entry against issued POs, material returns tied to the originating bill, reconciliation of ordered versus purchased quantity and rate, and exception analytics such as excess quantity, over-invoicing and rate differences.
What happens to history when a PO is amended or cancelled?
Nothing is overwritten. Each change is a new revision inside the same PO family, and cancellation is a terminal revision rather than a deletion, so the cancelled PO stays traceable and prints with its own identity. New purchases against a cancelled PO are blocked, while a bill raised before cancellation can still be returned.
