Refund Policy
This policy explains when refunds may be available for our future paid Excel tools, templates, downloadable files, activated licenses, and related services.

1. Overview
This Refund Policy applies to digital Excel tools, templates, macros, software utilities, downloadable files, training materials, and related services sold by My Excel Solutions.
Because digital products can be accessed, downloaded, activated, or copied immediately, refunds are limited to the situations described below and may depend on whether a license code has already been redeemed.
2. EU and UK Consumer Refund Window
EU and UK consumers may request a refund within 14 days of purchase unless they have activated or redeemed any license code, downloaded restricted digital content after consenting to immediate access, or otherwise waived the applicable cancellation right for digital content under the checkout terms.
If a mandatory local consumer right applies despite these terms, we will honor the mandatory requirement that applies to that purchase.
3. Refund Window for Other Regions
For customers outside the EU and UK, you may request a refund within 7 days of purchase if one of the following applies:
- You were charged more than once for the same product.
- You cannot access the purchased product due to a delivery issue that we are unable to resolve.
- The product has a major technical issue that prevents normal use and we cannot provide a fix or reasonable workaround.
- The product is materially different from the description on the product page at the time of purchase.
4. Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds are generally not available in the following situations, unless mandatory law in your location requires otherwise:
- You changed your mind after download, access, activation, redemption, or use.
- You activated or redeemed a license code and the checkout terms disclosed that activation waives the refund or cancellation right.
- The product does not meet a requirement that was not stated before purchase.
- You ignored listed compatibility, system, Excel version, macro, security, or operating system requirements.
- The issue is caused by incorrect input data, unsupported file formats, damaged source files, disabled macros, third-party software, or changes made by the user.
- Custom development, consulting, training, or project work has already been delivered or time has already been spent according to the approved scope.
5. Offline Product Refund Disclosure
Because our tools are designed to work fully offline after first activation, any copies you have already activated on your computers will continue to function. We cannot remotely disable an already-activated copy. By accepting a refund you agree to discontinue using and to uninstall all activated copies of the refunded product.
6. Effect of an Approved Refund
When a refund is approved, the order will be marked as refunded. Future account download links for that order will return 403, and new activations of any returned license will be blocked server-side.
Because the products are designed to work offline after first activation, an already-activated copy may continue to run. By accepting the refund, you agree to stop using and uninstall all activated copies of the refunded product.
7. How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, email info@myexcelsolutions.com within the applicable refund window with your order ID, purchase email address, product name, reason for the request, and screenshots or files that help us understand the issue.
We may first try to resolve technical issues through support, replacement files, instructions, or an updated version before approving a refund.
8. Refund Processing
Approved refunds are usually issued to the original payment method. If checkout is handled by a third-party payment provider or merchant of record such as Dodo Payments, refund timing and processing may also depend on that provider, the payment method, card network, and bank.
After a refund is initiated, it typically takes 3 to 5 business days for the customer to receive the amount, but the exact timing can vary by payment method and bank.
9. Chargebacks and Disputes
A refund policy does not override card network or bank dispute rules. If you raise a chargeback, the final decision may be made by the issuing bank or payment network. We may submit evidence of checkout consent, delivery, download access, activation, support communication, and policy acceptance where relevant.
10. Custom Services
Refunds for custom Excel tools, dashboards, automation projects, consulting, or training depend on the agreed proposal, scope, invoice, and work completed. Deposits, completed milestones, delivered files, and time already spent may be non-refundable unless otherwise agreed in writing.
11. Policy Updates
We may update this Refund Policy as our products, activation model, and payment flows evolve. The latest version will always be available on this page.
