1. Acceptance of These Terms

These Terms & Conditions govern your access to and use of the My Excel Solutions website, downloadable Excel tools, templates, macros, software utilities, training materials, and related services.

By using this website, submitting an enquiry, downloading a file, creating an account, activating a license, or purchasing a product in the future, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the website or products.

2. Merchant of Record

Payments on this website are processed by Dodo Payments, who acts as the Merchant of Record (MoR) for your purchase. This means the receipt and tax invoice you receive will list Dodo Payments as the seller, and the customer's payment contract is with Dodo Payments. Dodo Payments handles GST (India), VAT (EU/UK), sales tax (US), and equivalent levies in 220+ countries on behalf of My Excel Solutions Private Limited. Your underlying licence to use the purchased software is granted by My Excel Solutions Private Limited under these Terms.

3. Products and Services

My Excel Solutions provides Excel-based tools, templates, automation utilities, dashboards, analytics solutions, training, event software, and custom development services. Product descriptions, screenshots, features, compatibility details, and pricing may change as products improve.

Before purchasing any digital product, please review the product page, system requirements, intended use, activation limits, and any included documentation.

4. Digital Product License

Unless a product page or written agreement says otherwise, purchased digital products are licensed to you for personal or internal business use. You do not receive ownership of the product source files, design, brand assets, trademarks, documentation, or intellectual property.

Each license is sold as a single-PC license. The activation is bound to one computer at a time and is not transferable to other persons. If you change computers, use Help → Deactivate This Device inside the tool to release the activation before activating on the new PC. To accommodate hardware failure and routine PC changes, the activation system permits up to 3 lifetime device bindings per license; if you exceed this allowance you will need to purchase a new license.

• You may use the product for your own work or within your organization.
• You may not resell, redistribute, sublicense, publish, share license keys, share activation files, or package our products as your own.
• You may not reverse engineer, decompile, bypass or tamper with activation controls, remove notices, or modify a product for resale or redistribution.

5. No Manual Slot Resets

Activations consumed by a discarded or non-deactivated PC are not refunded or restored under any circumstance, including device failure, theft, or accidental reformatting. To preserve your single-PC license, always click Help → Deactivate This Device inside the tool before disposing of, wiping, or reformatting a computer.

This activation rule is part of the product license and is intended to keep the offline-capable licensing model simple, predictable, and fair for all customers.

6. Orders, Payment, and Delivery

When paid products are made available, prices, taxes, payment methods, delivery timelines, license instructions, and access details will be shown on the relevant product or checkout page.

Payments may be processed by third-party payment providers or a merchant of record, including Dodo Payments where applicable. Those providers may apply their own checkout, invoicing, tax, refund, compliance, and payment security terms.

Digital products may be delivered by download link, email, customer account, or another method stated at checkout. You are responsible for keeping your account email address and order records accurate.

7. Accuracy, Backups, and Business Decisions

Our tools are designed to save time and improve workflow accuracy, but you are responsible for reviewing outputs before using them for accounting, tax, finance, legal, compliance, banking, event, or business decisions.

You should keep backups of your files before using any automation tool, macro, template, or utility. My Excel Solutions is not responsible for loss caused by missing backups, incorrect input data, unsupported file formats, disabled macros, user changes, or misuse of a product.

8. Custom Work and Training

Custom development, consulting, dashboard projects, and training assignments are governed by the written scope, quotation, proposal, invoice, or agreement shared for that work.

Changes outside an approved scope may require revised timelines and additional charges.

9. Support Resources

Technical support and software instructions for our standard products are provided exclusively through our comprehensive tutorial videos. Direct email support, phone support, or one-on-one consulting is not included with the purchase of a standard product.

Paid custom development, training, and consulting engagements are supported only to the extent set out in their own written scope or agreement (see the Custom Work and Training section).

10. Intellectual Property

All website content, product names, graphics, screenshots, files, templates, software logic, documentation, videos, training materials, and brand assets are owned by My Excel Solutions or used with permission, unless otherwise stated.

You may not copy or reuse our content for commercial purposes without written permission.

11. Acceptable Use

You agree not to misuse the website or products, attempt unauthorized access, upload harmful code, interfere with website operation, use automation to scrape protected content, or use our products for unlawful, fraudulent, harmful, or prohibited activities.

12. Third-Party Services and Links

The website may use or link to third-party services such as Resend email delivery, analytics tools, social platforms, cloud storage, payment processors, merchant-of-record providers, OAuth providers, and customer support tools. We are not responsible for the content, policies, or practices of third-party websites and services.

13. Export Controls and Sanctions

You may not purchase, download, activate, access, or use our products if doing so would violate applicable export control, sanctions, anti-terrorism, or trade compliance laws.

We do not sell to OFAC-sanctioned jurisdictions, sanctioned persons, or anyone using the products on behalf of such persons or jurisdictions.

14. Limitation of Liability

Our software and digital products are provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied. While every effort has been made to ensure accuracy and structural safety, My Excel Solutions Private Limited is not liable for any data loss, file corruption, or business interruption resulting from the use of our software. Users are strongly advised to maintain backups of their master datasets before running bulk operations.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, My Excel Solutions will not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, punitive, or business losses arising from use of the website, products, downloads, activations, or services.

Where liability cannot be excluded, our total liability is limited to the amount paid by you for the specific product or service giving rise to the claim.

15. Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of India, unless mandatory consumer protection laws in your location require otherwise. Courts in Ahmedabad, Gujarat, India will have jurisdiction for disputes that are not subject to arbitration or mandatory local consumer forums.

For cross-border disputes, the parties will first try to resolve the matter informally. If unresolved, the dispute may be referred to binding arbitration seated in Ahmedabad, Gujarat, India, conducted in English, unless mandatory consumer law in your location requires another forum or process.

16. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The updated version will be posted on this page with a revised last updated date. Continued use of the website or products after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
