Who is Govt Contractor Billing Software for?
Contractors executing road works for government departments who prepare running account bills from daily measurements. It produces the Measurement for Record, Quantity Abstract, Quantity Sheet, Account of Work Executed and Excess and Saving statement from one project file.
How are quantities calculated?
Each BOQ item carries a formula type, and the quantity is worked out from the measurements you enter in the same row: length by breadth by depth, level based area, weighbridge net weight, steel, hectare, numbers, area or running metre. The printed headings change with the formula type so every report reads correctly.
Does it handle running bills?
Yes. Every measurement carries a bill number. The Quantity Abstract for a running bill shows quantity up to date, quantity previously paid and quantity now to be paid, and starts on the page after the Measurement for Record so page numbering stays continuous.
Can I import survey level data?
Yes. Level Book records can be entered directly, or imported from a folder of approved Excel files. The import arranges the date blocks oldest to newest and keeps their formatting.
What output does it produce?
Every report exports to PDF, or to a values only Excel file, named and date stamped automatically, with your authority headings and signature blocks.
Is it a one-time purchase or a subscription?
