What does the Pro edition add over Basic?
Purchase entry against issued POs with live pending quantity and PO rate, material returns linked to the exact bill and revision, invoice and challan reconciliation including the partial now and full later case, opening PO migration, bulk import templates with validation, and 25 management reports instead of four.
What is invoice and challan reconciliation?
Material often arrives on a challan and the tax invoice follows later. Reconciliation links that later final invoice back to the original challan movement, and a credit note back to the return challan, so quantity and value line up without the stock movement being counted twice.
What reports does it produce?
25 outputs, including pending orders by quantity and value, supplier-wise and item-wise pending summaries, family pending, quantity and family reconciliation, excess quantity, rate difference, bill-wise rate difference, over-invoiced, PO validity expired, PO, purchase and return registers in detail and summary, item lists, PO price history, invoice balance pending, unlinked purchase and return challans, and an activity log.
