Can I see what changed before issuing a revision?
Yes. The amendment screen shows the current effective quotation against the proposed revision line by line, with changed quantity, rate, discount, discount type and tax counts, items added and removed, and the net financial difference, before anything is issued.
Does the quotation print include GST and discount columns?
Yes. Printed quotations carry permanent discount and taxable amount columns, an HSN/SAC-wise tax summary, the customer address and GSTIN, grand total, amount in words, commercial terms and the revision reference.
What happens when a quotation is cancelled?
Cancellation is a terminal revision, not a deletion. The original and its revisions remain on record, and the cancelled version is selectable from print history and prints as a clearly identified CANCELLED QUOTATION.
Which reports are included?
